Any account found to have been created by or used by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all associated funds — including any winings — will be forfeited.
The Platform is designed and operated for use by Malaysian players. It is the sole responsibility of each Member to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Senja4D does not accept registrations from individuals residing in Restricted Territories. Providing false information regarding your location or residency is a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account with Senja4D. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, exploiting promotions, or evading account restrictions — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Senja4D will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Senja4D is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we require all members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing withdrawal requests.

Senja4D aims to process KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. You will be notified by email or via the Platform once verification is complete. During the verification period, your account may be restricted to gameplay only, withdrawals held pending approval.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Senja4D does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made by third parties will be returned where possible, and the associated Senja4D account may be suspended pending investigation.

DuitNow bank transfers are generally completed within the same timeframe. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network congestion.
To successfully submit a withdrawal request, the following conditions must be met:

Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of those funds or associated winings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, or 35x) is specified on each individual promotion's detail page. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stipulated expiry window will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winings derived from it.
While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum bet restriction ofRM250 per round or stake applies unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided and the bonus forfeited.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games contribute 100%, live casino and table games contribute 10%–20%, and fishing games and crash games vary by specific title. Senja4D reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel withdrawals if there is reasonable evidence that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on all outcomes of an event, systematically exploiting low house-edge games during a bonus period, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.

All bets placed on the Senja4D Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game or betting market.
Sports bets placed on markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA, UFC, and other covered events are governed by the betting rules displayed on the relevant market page. In the event of an abandoned or postponed fixture, bets may be voided or settled in accordance with standard industry rules as determined by Senja4D.
All live dealer games — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed on the live studio interface. The result of a live dealer round as determined by the dealer and studio system is final.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect payout or odds display, Senja4D reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Members' accounts. Winings derived from a clearly erroneous payout will not be honoured.

Senja4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In cases of account termination for cause, Senja4D reserves the right to withold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. In cases of termination not attributable to a breach by the Member, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before processing an account closure request, Senja4D will confirm the Member's identity and ensure that any outstanding withdrawal requests are processed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Senja4D, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from technical malfunctions.
Senja4D does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. Senja4D will not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Senja4D makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of its content beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.
All content on the Senja4D Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Senja4D or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the Platform; use the Platform's content for commercial purposes; scrape, data-mine, or systematically collect information from the Platform; or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

When material changes are made, Senja4D will notify registered Members by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to request account closure.
